This giveaway is run by CannaBias Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16843525), registered office: 27 Old Gloucester St, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.

These giveaway terms sit alongside our main Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Moderation & Community Guidelines, which you can always find in the footer on cannabias.io.

CannaBias is an independent review platform for UK prescribed medical cannabis patients. This giveaway is a simple “thank you” to patients who share their treatment experiences. The goal is to reach at least 250 honest reviews and 250 new users so that other patients can better understand clinics, products and care options.

CannaBias is a review and information platform only. We do not sell medicines and we do not advertise or recommend any specific cannabis-based products for medicinal use (CBPMs), brands, clinics or prescribers. All reviews are patient-reported experiences and are not medical advice or proof that a product works.

• There is 1 prize: a Veazy desktop vaporiser (the “Prize”).
• The Prize cannot be swapped for cash or a different item and it cannot be transferred to someone else.

• The giveaway runs from 16 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
• Only reviews submitted during these dates on the CannaBias platform will count as entries.

To get an entry into the prize draw, just:

   Create a free account on CannaBias using the official sign-up link we share on our channels.
2. 2
   Write a genuine review on the CannaBias platform about one of your prescribed CBPM products and/or your treatment experience with that product (one product per review). Please follow our Terms of Service and Moderation & Community Guidelines when you write it.

   After you submit your review, tick the box to confirm you're eligible and opt in to the Veazy Giveaway prize draw.

Once you've done these steps, you'll have at least one entry in the draw.

• You can have up to five (5) entries in the prize draw.
• Each entry must be a separate review about a different prescribed CBPM product you have used (for example, a different brand, formulation, or strain).
• If you review the same product more than once, this still only counts as one entry.
• Reviews written after your fifth eligible product review are still welcome, but they won't give you extra chances to win.
• Every review must be honest and based on your real experience. Reviews do not have to be positive to qualify, but they must not be fake or misleading.
• We won't edit your review to make it more positive or more negative, and what you say will not affect your chances in the draw.

All reviews must also follow our main content rules in the Terms of Service (for example: based on personal experience with legally prescribed products, no pricing, no medical claims).

CannaBias is here to collect real-world patient experiences. Honest reviews - good, bad or mixed - help other patients and clinics see what's working well and what might need improvement.

• Your review may appear on the CannaBias website in line with our Reviews Policy, Moderation & Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, which explain how reviews are collected, checked and displayed.
• Reviews are personal opinions only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations, and they are not checked or approved by medicine manufacturers, clinics or regulators before they go live.

We want CannaBias to feel safe, legal and genuinely helpful. All giveaway reviews are covered by our Moderation & Community Guidelines, which focus on:

• Keeping patients safe from harmful misinformation.
• Following healthcare and cannabis regulations.
• Allowing honest feedback within clear safety limits.
• Maintaining a respectful, trustworthy community.

To support this:

• Automated filters scan reviews for certain phrases and patterns that may be risky.
• Healthcare professionals review flagged content to check for harmful medical misinformation, dosage advice and legal issues.
• The community can flag reviews they think break the guidelines; flags are checked by moderators.

Our systems may automatically flag reviews that contain phrases like “cures”, “treats”, “heals”, “guaranteed”, “miracle”, “take X mg”, “dose”, “recommended amount”, “for sale”, “selling”, “buy from me” or “trade”, so a moderator can check them.

We may give you friendly guidance on how to adjust your review (for example, removing personal details or dosage advice) so it can be published safely, but we will not change your actual experience or opinion.

We may remove or edit product names if they look like they are promoting a prescription-only medicine to the public, or if they break our Terms, Moderation & Community Guidelines or UK regulations.

Taking part in the giveaway does not guarantee that your review will be published if it breaks these rules.

• After the Promotion Period ends, we'll put all eligible entries (up to five per person) into a random draw.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of 28 February 2026.
• We'll contact the winner using the email address linked to their CannaBias account.
• If we can't reach the winner, they don't reply in time, or they're not eligible, we may pick another winner in the same way.

• Once we've confirmed the winner and checked they are eligible, we'll arrange delivery of the Veazy to a UK address they choose.
• Any tax or other implications of accepting the Prize (if there are any) are the winner's responsibility.

• We look after your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
• The contact details we use for the draw (like your name and email) are stored separately from your public review, so other users won't see who you are.
• Data related to this giveaway is protected using the same security measures described in our Privacy Policy, including encryption, access controls and audit logs.
• You can exercise your privacy rights (such as access, correction or deletion) at any time by emailing privacy@cannabias.co.uk.

• Sometimes things happen that are outside our control. If we really have to, we may change, pause or cancel the giveaway - but we'll always aim to do this fairly and not treat anyone badly as a result.
• By taking part, you're confirming that you understand and agree to these giveaway terms as well as our main Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Moderation & Community Guidelines.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
